    • resume:Academician CHEN Xingdan was born in Xiangxiang, Hunan Province in May 6, 1927. He is an applied optics scientist and graduated from the Physics Department of Hunan University in 1950. He was a researcher of Changchun Institute of optics, fine mechanics and physics, Chinese Academy of sciences. He had developed the light source, the standard detector, the spectral apparatus, the positive incident soft X ray imaging device and the system . He also established the technical basis of the research of short wave optics. He was elected to the Chinese Academy of sciences in 1999 and was One of the pioneers in the history of Chinese modern science.

      Academician WANG Lijun was born in July 1946, Shulan City in Jilin Province, the Chinese Communist Party members, doctoral tutor. He was  the tenth, eleventh information expert of National Natural Science Fund Committee , China Aerospace Science and Optoelectronic Technology Committee, national awards for science and technology expert review, national optical radiation safety and laser equipment standard technical committee members, China integrated optics and fiber optics committee member, laser products world magazine, laser & Optoelectronics Progress magazine editorial board.

      Academician WANG Jiaqi, male, was born in February 1940 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He was an Optical instrument expert and a researcher of Changchun Institute of optics, fine mechanics and physics, Chinese Academy of sciences. He Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1963, and received a master's degree in Changchun Institute of Optics and fine mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1966. He is currently the director of the academic committee of the Institute of Optics and fine mechanics and physics, and is also a member of the China Instrument Society precision machinery branch, chairman of the space science society. He was elected to the Chinese Academy of sciences in 2005.

      Academician WANG Jiaqi has long been engaged in the design of large scale optical precision instruments, the space to the map image information acquisition technology and the overall error theory analysis. He made research and developed a variety of large, high integration and high precision optical and optoelectronic devices. He has broken a series of key technologies, and improved the technical level of China's relevant areas.

      Prof.TONG Cunzhu made a lots of research in the fields of beam shaping and combining,phonon engineering in the superlattice devices and nanocavity lasers.In recent years he also has obtained many awards such as Talents of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Jilin Province, China (2011), Talents Development Foundation, Jilin Province, China (2011) and Outstanding Young Scientist Award, Person of the Year 2012, Selected by SCIENTIFIC CHINESE.       Prof.SHEN Dezhen obtained a doctorial degree in Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics in 1993. He had become a Senior visiting scholar at Madonna University from february, 1998 to august,1998. He was also a assistant president and vice president of CIOMP. Now he was the director of the state key laboratory of luminescence and applications.

    • resume:Prof.ZHANG Jiahua obtained a doctorial degree of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics in 1997. He has gone to the AimeCotton laboratory of french national scientific research center and did research about spectral phase of encoding holographic optical storage. He also made studies in the fields of rare earth ion configuration hybrid and spectroscopic and nano ultrafast luminescence process in the University of Geneva and University of Amsterdam.
